Paying for your classes

Parents pay for LOOMI classes in which they wish to enrol their learner(s). We accept payment by credit or debit card or through charter school funds (students in the USA). This article focuses on card methods.

Paying for lesson plans and packages

When you're ready to enrol, request an invoice from your Learning Advisor. A Stripe invoice will be sent to your registered e-main from payments@loomieducation.com

Payment methods

  • We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

  • Please note that card payment fees from your banking institution may apply. For more information, check with your financial institution.

Apply Pay

  • If Apple Pay is on your device, you can pay with Apple Pay instead of a credit card on the payment screen. Please note that this option will only appear using Safari on Mac OS or iOS. If you subscribe to a recurring weekly or monthly payment, it will charge via Apple Pay for subsequent charges.

Pay upfront

  • Opting for a monthly or bulk-months payment often includes a discount, helping you save money. Please speak with your Learning Advisor to find what discounts can apply to you.

Refunds

  • When on a bulk-month plan, LOOMI will charge you for the total enrolment. You can withdraw at any time and receive a refund of your most remaining fees. Bulk-month plans refunded less than 50% of the completion timeframe will incur a 15% administration fee of the remaining balance.

Sibling discounts

  • Families can purchase multiple classes for a sibling. Simply inform your Learning Advisor to enjoy a seamless 10% discount every month! Sibling discount cannot be applied with a seperate ongoing discount e.g. welcome discount, summer discount, etc.

Refunds

  • From the date of request, refunds may take between 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method. Please see more information here: www.loomieducation.com/cancellations

Policy updates

  • LOOMI reserves the right to revise, amend, or update this Cancellation and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
